Uses four channels—white light 1, white light 2, infrared and coaxial—with time-division strobe; a single scan captures four images under different lighting: white light highlights surface scratches and foreign objects, infrared penetrates the blue film to capture sub-film foreign objects, and coaxial light suppresses high-reflection interference. Resolution 0.041 mm, speed 500 mm/s, suitable for five-face inspection before and after wrapping, with excellent results.
