In today's fast-changing business world, professionals often run into tough decision-making challenges. Some rely on uncertain intuition when choosing key actions, while others face overwhelming data yet can't turn it into truly actionable insights. When KPIs decline, teams frequently get stuck in repeated trial-and-error; when leaders ask for justification, they struggle to provide evidence-backed reasoning; and when proposed solutions are challenged, “industry norms” are used instead of solid data. This event tackles these pain points by introducing science-based data analysis frameworks and practical AI-powered tools, helping participants build a data-driven decision-making mindset with ease.
