Data analysis is essential to problem-solving. However, due to the vast and complex nature of the data analysis knowledge system, it is difficult to master quickly, and standard Yellow Belt training often fails to cover this content.This training, enhanced by AI tools, skillfully integrates data analysis into the analytical phase, making the course comprehensive, practical, and easy to get.

This training includes:

Introduction to the basics of Lean Six Sigma

The fundamental logic of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and the tools in each phase that is required at yellow belt level
