当前，人工智能（AI）正加速融入企业经营与管理的各个环节，成为推动企业数智化转型和创新发展的重要引擎。2026年6月11日，由用友印尼主办的HERO AI训练营（雅加达站）在用友印尼分公司圆满举行。本次活动吸引了60余位来自制造、零售、服务业等多个行业的企业管理者及数字化负责人踊跃报名，参会企业包括Mulia Group、Mayora Indah、Metrodata、Wilmar Consultancy Services等印尼知名企业。面对热烈的市场反响，主办方将活动扩展为上午场与下午场两场训练营，为更多企业提供参与机会，围绕企业AI落地方法论、场景实践与智能体应用展开深入交流，共同探索AI赋能企业创新发展的新路径。

Currently, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly being integrated into every aspect of business operations and management, becoming a key driver of digital transformation and innovation. On June 11, 2026, theHERO AI Bootcamp (Jakarta),organized byYonyou Indonesia,was successfully held at Yonyou Indonesia’s office. The event attracted more than 60 business executives and digital transformation leaders from various industries, including manufacturing, retail, and services. Participating companies included well-known Indonesian enterprises such asMulia Group, Mayora Indah, Metrodata, Wilmar Consultancy Services, etc.In response to the overwhelming interest and strong market demand, the organizer expanded the event intotwo sessions, morning and afternoon,to accommodate more participants. The bootcamp provided a platform for in-depth discussions on enterprise AI implementation methodologies, practical business scenarios, and AI Agent applications, enabling participants to explore new pathways for leveraging AI to drive business innovation and growth.

开启从0到1的实践之旅

本次训练营以“Executing AI in Business: Enterprise AI Training”为主题，面向企业 CIO、CTO、IT负责人、数智化转型负责人以及企业顾问团队，围绕企业AI落地方法论、场景实践、YonClaw使用以及智能体（AI Agent）构建展开系统分享。

The bootcamp was held under the theme“Executing AI in Business: Enterprise AI Training”,bringing together CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, digital transformation executives, and consultants. The program delivered comprehensive insights into enterprise AI implementation methodologies, practical business use cases, YonClaw and AI Agent development.

活动采用“理论讲解 + 案例分析 + 实操演练”相结合的形式，帮助企业从业务需求出发，深入理解AI技术的应用价值，并通过现场实操体验AI智能体的搭建过程，真正实现从概念认知到场景落地的跨越。

Combiningtheoretical learning, case studies, and hands-on practice,the bootcamp helped participants gain a deeper understanding of the value of AI from a business perspective. Through interactive demonstrations and practical exercises, attendees experienced the process of building AI Agents firsthand, enabling them to bridge the gap between conceptual understanding and real-world business application.

活动期间，用友客户成功运营经理曹璐围绕企业AI落地方法论进行了专题分享，深入解析了HERO AI运营模型（Holistic Leadership、Evolution Revolution、Rapid Application Innovation、Outcome Amplification） 的核心理念。通过对企业战略规划、组织变革、应用创新以及成果放大的系统讲解，帮助企业建立更加清晰的AI落地路径，为企业迈向“AI原生企业”提供方法论指导。

During the event,Cao Lu,Customer Success Operations Manager at Yonyou, delivered a dedicated session on enterprise AI implementation methodology, providing an in-depth analysis of the core concepts of theHERO AI Operating Model(Holistic Leadership, Evolution Revolution, Rapid Application Innovation, and Outcome Amplification).Through a systematic explanation of corporate strategic planning, organizational transformation, application innovation, and outcome amplification, the session helped enterprises establish a clearer roadmap for AI implementation and provided methodological guidance for their journey toward becoming AI-native enterprises.

曹璐表示，企业推进AI建设不仅仅是技术升级，更是组织能力和业务模式的全面升级。只有将AI与企业战略、业务场景及组织机制深度融合，才能真正释放AI价值，实现持续创新与增长。

Cao Lu emphasized that enterprise AI adoption is not merely a technological upgrade, but a comprehensive transformation of organizational capabilities and business models. Only by deeply integrating AI with corporate strategy, business scenarios, and organizational mechanisms can enterprises truly unlock the value of AI and achieve sustainable innovation and growth.

Zhuang Huaixuan,Director of Data & Intelligence Business at Yonyou, delivered an in-depth presentation based on real business needs, focusing on AI technology trends, large language model applications, and AI Agent practices. He also guided participants through the process of building AI Agents on-site.

01 Sales Order Analysis Scenario

Leveraging AI to automatically consolidate and analyze sales order data, this scenario enables businesses to quickly identify sales trends and customer demands while supporting the development of more forward-looking marketing strategies. At the same time, the system can accurately detect business anomalies across sales, customer, and regional dimensions, providing more timely and comprehensive data support for sales management and business decision-making.

02 销售合同创建场景

销售订单生成合同场景支持通过 YonClaw 直接使用自然语言，基于企业标准合同模板与业务规则快速生成销售合同内容。这不仅能协助企业大幅提升合同起草效率、降低人工重复工作量，还能显著提高合同管理的规范性与准确性。

02 Sales Contract Creation Scenario

The Sales Order-to-Contract scenario allows users to directly utilize natural language through YonClaw to rapidly generate sales contract content based on standard contract templates and predefined business rules. During the hands-on session, in addition to guidance from the trainers, Yonyou Indonesia’s teaching assistants provided on-site support throughout the event, helping participants with AI Agent development, scenario configuration, and troubleshooting.
